The BCEC is the most technologically advanced convention facility in the world. Bring in your own team, or contract our full-time and experienced network professionals to manage all IT systems to support your event, event infrastructure and external connections.

Network Services

The BCEC offers state-of-the-art networking capabilities and high-speed Internet connectivity, including free Wi-Fi throughout the facility via 113 wireless access points. Additional technology includes: virtual LANs, T-3 Internet connections via numerous carriers, satellite feeds and fiber-optic backbone. 

Telecommunications

Complete cell phone coverage throughout the facility is just the beginning. Choose from single- and multi-line telephone service, with complimentary handsets provided for each single-line service ordered, and add special services such as call waiting and voice mail. The telephone system is capable of servicing over 4,000 separate numbers, 300 digital, and 800 analog handsets.

Teleconferencing and Videoconferencing

Teleconferencing and videoconferencing services are available in all exhibit halls and meeting rooms. Connect up to four sites at once with high-quality audio--featuring noise suppression and echo cancellation--and full-motion video at 30 frames per second. A single line is required for teleconferencing and videoconferencing is available using ISDN lines (available for voice, data and video).

MyBCEC iPhone, Blackberry, Android, and iPad applications are now offered to support you and your attendees.
